MINDFUL EATING MAY HELP PEOPLE LOSE WEIGHT




According to a new study that evaluated the effect of being more mindful about eating in a weight management program.

The study led by Carolyn Dunn, a professor and nutrition specialist at North Carolina (NC) State University in Raleigh is being presented at this year's European Congress on Obesity, held in Porto, Portugal.
Prof. Dunn and colleagues evaluated the effectiveness of increasing mindful eating in an online weight management program called Eat Smart, Move More, Weigh Less (ESMMWL), developed by NC State University and the NC Division of Public Health.
Although it is preventable, obesity is not an easy problem to solve; many causes and contributing factors including behavior, environment, and genetic predisposition - work together to initiate and maintain the disease.

When you’re vague with your keywords, you’ll find that you attract a wide range of visitors, many of whom may have no interest in your product or service.
Run Multiple Targeted Campaigns
After developing your buyer personas, you should begin running multiple targeted campaigns. You should develop landing pages and ads that focus on one individual buyer persona at a time.
For example, you could create a landing page and ad that targets your younger demographic. Then, create another target campaign for your older demographic. Each landing page is written specifically with one person in mind. You should notice a natural increase in conversion rates.

“Our country is being run like a company,” he said, “In Sindh, we have Zardari’s companies, In Balochistan its Fazlur Rehman and Achakzai companies, in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa we have Asfandyar’s companies."
“They are getting richer and richer with each passing day by exploiting the country's resources and taking them out of Pakistan,” said the PTI chief.
Pakistan is full of natural resources, and with the current potential it can become the richest country in the world, Khan said.
 
 SCBA, LHCBA warn of countrywide protests if PM doesn't resign


  

ISLAMABAD: 
The Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) and the Lahore High Court Bar Association (LHCBA) warned on Saturday that if Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif did not resign within seven day, they would launch a countrywide movement against him.
  Taking into account the Supreme Court ruling on the Panama Papers case, the bar associations are of the view that the prime minister should resign from his office, the two lawyer’s bodies demanded in a joint statement.
The notification came in the wake of the SCBA and LHCBA members clashing with lawyers who back the ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) government at the all Pakistan lawyers’ representatives convention on Saturday.
